Job Description

We are seeking a skilled DeltaV Engineer with a strong experience with automation and configuration for a variety of projects in the pharmaceutical industry. You will play a crucial role in supporting various customers, initially starting with a project at a leading pharmaceutical company.

Responsibilities

  Configure DeltaV Batch and Equipment Modules.

  n

• n

  Develop and update DeltaV Live Graphics.

  n
n
• n

  Write and troubleshoot DeltaV code for control modules, equipment modules, and phases.

  n
n
• n

  Tune control loops to ensure optimal performance.

  n
n
• n

  Support various pharmaceutical customers by providing technical expertise and guidance.

n

Essential Skills

n
• n

  3-10 years of experience in programming DeltaV systems.

  n
n
• n

  Strong understanding of DeltaV control modules (CM) and equipment modules (EM).

  n
n
• n

  Experience in a regulated environment with knowledge of Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• n

  Experience with DeltaV batch processes is preferred.

  n

• n

  Familiarity with DeltaV Live is an advantage.

  n
n
• n

  Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is beneficial.

Work Environment

This is an onsite position with working hours from 8 AM to 5 PM. The engineer will report directly to the Project Manager at the project location. The role requires working in a regulated environment, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $65.00/hr.
