Automation Engineer

Job Location: WestPoint PA

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design, program, and configure DeltaV systems, PLCs, SCADA and related software.
• Provide technical support to customers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Develop technical documents, including design specifications, user manuals, and operational procedures.
• Develop and implement automation strategies for industrial process control systems.
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and upgrade existing control systems.
• Participate in project management and project coordination.
• Monitor and analyze system performance.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with safety, environmental and quality standards.
• Utilize best practices, standards and procedures related to automation systems.
• Support interfaces between Data Historians, Control Systems, MES.
• Maintain and update knowledge of evolving automation technologies.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2+ years relevant automation life science manufacturing experience
• 24x7 on site shift support required- 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, 3 days off (Day/Night shifts: 7 PM 7 AM)

Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
