Key Responsibilities

• Promote and adhere to all company customer service initiatives.
• Welcome retail and walk-in customers warmly and assist them in selecting the right products.
• Collaborate with managers and installer service specialists to support professional customers as instructed.
• Complete all company training pertinent to your role.
• Provide exceptional phone service to customers, accurately identifying parts, quoting prices, and recommending premium products while showcasing our Low-Price Guarantee.
• Manage the cash drawer responsibly, process transactions efficiently, and maintain accurate financial records.
• Handle exchanges and returns with courtesy, following company protocols.
• Address customer complaints proactively and positively.
• Assist with daily operations including freight receival, inventory management, and store cleanliness.
• Prepare and process returns for merchandise, and assist in inventory counts.
• Conduct vehicle services (where permitted) after completing required training.
• Occasionally operate a delivery vehicle based on business needs (must meet driving eligibility requirements).
• Perform other assigned duties as required.

Qualifications

Essential:

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• A dedication to delivering friendly and professional customer service.
• Strong multitasking skills to assist multiple customers simultaneously.

Preferred:

• Knowledge of automotive parts and sales, including cataloging systems.
• ASE certification.
• Fluency in additional languages, especially Spanish.
