Associate Surgical Technician at Providence Little Company of Mary Medical Center San Pedro, CA. This position is Part Time and will work 8-hour Variable shifts.

The Surgical Technician role is a non-licensed health care employee who performs the surgical scrub role and works under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN).

Required Qualifications:

• Coursework/Training: Successfully completed training as a surgical technician at an accredited school.
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Upon hire: Certified Surgical Technologist (NBSTSA).
• Surgical Technician.
• Recent Acute Care Hospital clinical experience in the OR.
