Associate, Marketplace, DashPass Growth Strategy & Operations

DoorDash is looking for a Strategy & Operations Associate to help grow DashPass, DoorDash's subscription business. We are seeking someone to join our team who can generate insights, conceptualize & test new products, and implement experiences that will reach millions of people around the world. DashPass is one of DoorDash's fastest growing & largest products, meaning you'll have the opportunity to make a big impact on the company at large.

As a Associate on the DashPass S&O team, you will own the ideation and execution of key strategic initiatives to drive DashPass adoption and long-term growth. The role will focus specifically on optimizing our acquisition funnel, driving strategic growth actions, and developing our go-to-market strategy for key occasions & seasonal moments.

You will report into the Senior Manager on our DashPass Growth team.

You're excited about this opportunity because you will

• Strategize - Develop sound acquisition strategies using customer-first thinking. You'll identify emerging trends, determine when to scale, and know when it is time to pivot. Take inspiration from real-life use cases to reflect our consumers' needs and wants.
• Experiment - Own and operationalize data-driven experiments across everything from promotional campaigns to net new in-app creative assets, optimizing for what resonates with our consumers.
• Analyze - Assess the operational and financial impacts of your initiatives, using insights to iterate. You'll be expected to self-serve the data required, empowering you to dive deep into performance metrics and continuously identify new opportunities to enhance the consumer experience.
• Collaborate - Partner with a variety of teams across Marketing, Product, Data Science, Engineering, and Finance to execute on plans. Launching in-app merchandising for campaigns backed by media and CRM.

We're excited about you because

• You're a strategic thinker and are comfortable manipulating and analyzing data to make decisions. You have experience with SQL and Microsoft Excel.
• You're able to manage multiple concurrent projects, stay organized, and prioritize your time effectively.
• You have strong cross-functional skills and have experience with projects spanning multiple teams and can align on mutual goals.
• You have a strong attention to detail, the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment, and the tenacity to solve many disparate problems for multiple stakeholders at once.
• You have 2-3 years experience in operations, technology, consulting, business development, banking, analytics, marketing, high-growth or early-stage startup or related experience.
• You have a Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
