Assistant Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Join a Growing International Team! Are you a strategic finance professional looking to take the next step in your career? Our client, a dynamic and expanding international organization with locations in the US and UK, is seeking an Assistant Director of Financial Planning & Analysis to play a key role in their financial operations. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a hybrid capacity, splitting time between home and their corporate office in Stamford, CT while contributing to high-level financial decision-making. Impactful Role - Lead forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting that directly supports business growth.
Collaborative Environment - Work closely with senior leadership, the Controller, and cross-functional teams.
Exciting Industry - Gain experience in hospitality and multi-property financial management. Key Responsibilities: 🔹 Lead company-wide forecasting and budgeting processes.
🔹 Prepare profit & loss statements and conduct ad-hoc financial analysis for management.
🔹 Develop and manage annual budgets for hotel properties.
🔹 Collect and interpret financial data from senior leadership.
🔹 Collaborate with the Controller and executive team on strategic financial reporting.
🔹 Assist with monthly and quarterly financial reporting and operational projects. What We're Looking For:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
8+ years of FP&A experience, ideally in hospitality or multi-property finance.
Strong background in financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting.
Expert-level Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and advanced financial formulas.
Experience with Sage accounting software.
