Litigation Attorney (Remote California)

GPAC, a 30+ year recruitment firm, has partnered with a well-established and growing law firm seeking a talented Litigation Attorney to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney to advance their career in civil litigation while working with a reputable, client-focused firm.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in a variety of civil litigation matters, including trials, hearings, and depositions.
• Conduct thorough legal research and draft persuasive pleadings, motions, and discovery materials.
• Develop and execute effective case strategies to achieve successful outcomes.
• Collaborate with clients, opposing counsel, and witnesses to gather and present evidence.
• Provide clear and strategic legal advice to clients regarding their rights and options.

Key Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active California Bar license in good standing.
• 25 years of civil litigation experience with a demonstrated record of success.
• Strong analytical, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities; able to manage multiple matters efficiently.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive salary: $135,000 $170,000 (DOE)

• Fully remote position
