Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking an Assistant Machine Operator on 2nd shift to join their team. As an Assistant Machine Operator, you will be part of the production team supporting a clean, safety-conscious, and team-based environment. The ideal candidate will have reliability, a great attitude, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Assistant Machine Operator

Location: Albert Lea, MN

Pay Range: $18.50 hourly

Shift: 2nd Shift (3 PM - 11 PM, Monday to Friday)

What's the Job?

• Operate and assist in the operation of various machines in a manufacturing setting.
• Ensure production goals are met while maintaining quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures at all times.

What's Needed?

• High School diploma or GED.
• Previous manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Ability to work independently with speed and accuracy.
• Willingness to undergo a drug test and background check as part of the hiring process.
• Availability to work 40 hours weekly, including overtime when available.
