Our client, Industrial is seeking a Assembler / Technician to join their team. As a Assembler / Technician, you will be part of the Warehouse supporting operations related to handling and processing data-bearing storage devices. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Assembler / Technician

Location: Richardson, TX

Pay Range: $19.00/hr

Shift: First Shift 7:00 a.m. 3:30 p.m.

What's the Job?

• Receive, inspect, and log incoming HDDs, SSDs, and storage media devices
• Perform data erasure using Blancco software on certified test platforms
• Ensure all sanitization processes meet R2v3 and NIST 800-88 compliance standards
• Disassemble or prepare storage media for resale, reuse, or recycling
• Package and palletize processed media for storage or outbound shipment

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior experience with IT asset handling or storage device processing preferred
• Basic knowledge of HDDs, SSDs, and related IT hardware
• Familiarity with data destruction methods (software and hardware) a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow documented procedures
