Position Responsibilities

• Maintain and update art database software to track artwork inventory details.

• Receive, measure and label all incoming artwork.

• Maintain artwork locations for multiple building interiors and walking paths.

• Create art invoice breakdowns.

• Handle weekly mail and email - including monitoring a shared inbox to process requests and invoices.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Photoshop experience a plus.

• Data entry experience preferred.

• Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
