AR Specialist

Job Title: Remote Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist - $20-$24/hr | Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM
Location: Remote (U.S. Based)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay Range: $20-$24 per hour
Employment Type: Full-Time, Contract-to-Hire
A respected organization is seeking a skilled Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team remotely. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with a strong background in collections and AR reporting who are looking for a stable, full-time role with a consistent weekday schedule.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable processes, including collections and follow-ups on outstanding balances.
• Generate and analyze AR aging reports to identify overdue accounts and recommend resolution strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of AR transactions and ensure timely updates in financial systems.
• Communicate with clients regarding payment issues and resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate with internal departments to improve AR workflows and reporting accuracy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts receivable and collections.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and formulas.
• Strong understanding of AR aging reports and reconciliation processes.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
