Who You Are:
• A seasoned leader with 10+ years of experience.
• Have an ability to work with both technical and functional customer SMEs at onsite
• Demonstrated experience in leading and managing development teams, with a proven ability to deliver complex software projects.
• A seasoned techie with deep understanding of both frontend and backend development.
• Adept at gathering client requirements and communicating them effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Proven ability to balance multiple responsibilities, including managing client expectations, driving development progress, and ensuring high standards of code quality.
• Good understanding of microservices, serverless architecture and cloud native application development
• Expertise in .NET and Azure will be an advantage
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build strong relationships with clients, management, and team members.
What You'll Do:
• Will serve as the primary liaison between clients, management, and the development team, ensuring clear communication of project requirements, expectations, and progress.
• Will be working in projects involving large scale modernization and generative AI based solution
• Work closely with clients to gather requirements, analyze their needs, and translate them into actionable tasks for the development team.
• Oversee the full development lifecycle, from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery of tasks and high-quality outcomes.
• Work with customer stakeholders to manage expectations
• Lead application / platform demonstrations, get customer feedback and work with development team for improvements
• Provide hands-on leadership, guidance to the team, and fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment
• Actively contribute to problem-solving and troubleshooting, offering technical expertise when necessary to overcome challenges.
• Maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring all parties are aligned on project goals and deliverables.
Bonus Points:
• Experience working with cloud-based technologies and deployment platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and related tools.
