Accounts Payable And Receivable Clerk

ACCOUNTS PAYABLE DUTIES:

Scanning all receiving documents as per company practices.

Receives and matches vendor invoices to purchase orders and receiving paperwork.

Prepares, verifies, and records AP Invoices into company database.

Ensuring all AP documents are electronically archived as per company procedures.

Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE DUTIES:

Prepares, posts, verifies, and records daily customer payments and transactions related to accounts receivable.

Processing Credit Card Transactions

Create invoices according to company practices; submit invoices to customers.

Copies, files, and retrieves materials for accounts receivable as needed.

Performs other related duties as assigned by management

PAY AND BENEFITS:

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
