Responsibilities and Duties

Provide comprehensive clinical optometry services
Conduct patient examinations and manage a daily volume of 15-20 patients
Diagnose and treat vision problems in a clinical setting
Prescribe corrective lenses and medications as appropriate
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure high-quality patient care

Additional Information

Must hold a current license to practice optometry in Arizona
Required board certification: Optometry
DEA certification required
Recent clinical optometry experience is required
