Key Responsibilities:

As a Quality Engineering Lead (Automation Test Lead) having hands on experience in Selenium Framework scripting and with exposure of Performance testing, you will be responsible for leading a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. You will apply business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, and be responsible for team decisions. Engaging with multiple teams and contributing to key decisions will be essential, as well as providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Additional responsibilities include:

• Fostering a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging team members to share insights and best practices.

• Developing and maintaining comprehensive testing documentation to ensure clarity and consistency across projects.

• Mentoring junior quality engineers to enhance their skills and promote professional growth within the team.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on quality objectives and deliverables.

• Utilizing data-driven approaches to assess testing effectiveness and identify areas for enhancement.

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in all of the following

• Test Automation Framework

• Selenium Testing

• Quality Engineering Strategy and Planning

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate or Bachelor's Degree

This role is on-site and requires 5 days a week in the office in the Memphis, TN area.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York, New Jersey, or Washington as set forth below.
