REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience working with AirTable
• Airtable configuration and project-based application experience is required
• Strong background in managing large-scale transitions and projects, with a track record of successfully implementing new capabilities.
• Experience communicating and collaborating across functions and departments to drive change.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to convey complex ideas to various audiences and translate business requirements into actionable objectives.
• Familiarity with large retail operational environments is highly preferred.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Airtable Implementation Lead to oversee the transition and effective implementation of Airtable as a key operational tool for a global retail apparel client headquartered in Beaverton, Oregon. This role requires expertise in Airtable configuration and transition management, along with a strategic ability to collaborate across departments to drive impactful results. This role will be onsite Monday-Thursday in Beaverton, Oregon, with remote flexability on Friday's.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and drive the transition to Airtable across the organization, ensuring alignment with team goals and timelines.
• Develop a clear roadmap for Airtable, balancing strategic objectives and practical requirements.
• Collaborate closely with two Airtable project managers who are configuration experts, supporting them in establishing and refining the Airtable configuration roadmap.
• Directly configure Airtable to support project managers and meet deadlines, ensuring it aligns with organizational needs and operational efficiencies.
• Own the transition process end-to-end, from planning and execution to monitoring and reporting.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, facilitating training, resolving issues, and securing buy-in across departments.
• Facilitate training sessions and regular updates on Airtable best practices and functionality.
