Work Location: Inglewood, CA
Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour, depending on experience.
Schedule: Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Overview:
We are looking for motivated individuals to join a global freight forwarding company in Inglewood, CA. Air Export positions.
As the Air Export Operations team member, you will provide excellent support to our customers and manage the export process. The company offers a fast-paced and dynamic work environment where you can learn and grow your career in the exciting world of international trade.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include but not Limited to:
* Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
* Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and updates.
* Perform data entry and manage documentation for shipments.
* Communicate professionally with clients via email and other communication channels.
* Handle general administrative tasks, including filing.

Qualifications:
* Previous customer service experience, preferably in the logistics or air freight industry.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry (WPM over 40).
* Willingness to learn new systems.
* Ability to multitask and solve problems efficiently.

The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Actual base compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, actual experience, and job performance.
