Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Drive development, delivery, and maintenance of operation optimization AI products
-
Work with colleagues to understand the user experience, define workflows and acceptance criteria
-
Own use case backlog, write user stories, and define scope of PoC and MVPs
-
Prioritize features and manage dependencies across teams
-
Collaborate with UX, A&BC, and Engineering to ensure products are developed
-
Coordinate with QA/UAT to validate products
-
Define success metrics, monitor usage, lead iteration cycles
Minimum Qualifications:
-
2+ years of leading projects or managing directs required
-
Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills

Adept at business intelligence
-
Adept at problem solving and decision making skills

Adept at collaboration and teamwork

Adept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Consulting and coding experience highly preferred
Education:
Bachelors Degree or relevant equivalent experience required. MBA preferred.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$66,330.00 - $145,860.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
