As a part of a large multi-specialty medical group with over 1000 Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers, you will be part of a team dedicated to patient care in more than 140 clinic locations across Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas, and New Mexico.

Position Overview:

The Advanced Practice Provider will be expected to work two days at the Lindale clinic and two and a half days at a Tyler clinic location. Ideal candidates will have experience as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA), with a preference for those with a background in primary care or weight management.

Requirements:

• Active licensure in the state of Texas or eligibility to obtain licensure
• Experience in primary care or specific weight loss is preferred
