• Shift/Hours: Onsite Monday - Thursday

• Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm

Position Overview and Duties:

The Customer Connect team is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to support the submission, preparation, and tracking of factory recoveries related to buybacks, campaigns, and recalls. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely coordination with factory partners and internal teams.

Responsibilities:

• Factory Submissions (ACL):

• Pull redacted files from CRM system.

• Verify completeness of required documentation prior to submission.

• Submit recovery requests to factories and upload documents to FTP site.

• Track and monitor all ACL submissions and recoveries.

• Vehicle Tracking System (VTS):

• Update VTS with key information such as mailing dates, auction recovery proceeds, and related expenses.

• Follow up with vendor partners when VTS entries are incomplete or missing.

• Sales Tax Recovery:

• Process sales tax recovery checks received at HMA, prepare deposit slips, and coordinate with finance.

• Track and validate invoices for accuracy.

• Check Voids:

• Process vendor requests for voids/reissues, maintain logs, and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.

• Reports and Billing Validation:

• Validate reports and billing files by cross-checking VIN details.

• Assist in preparing ad hoc reports as requested.

Requirements:

· HSD/GED; Bachelor's Degree Preferred

· Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.

· Strong oral and written communication skills.

· Proven ability to collaborate effectively and follow up in a fast-paced environment.

· High attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills, particularly in data entry and documentation.

Pay Details: $25.00 per hour
