Hybrid Remote Schedule
Position Responsibilities:
• Enter and process vendor invoices using ERP systems.
• Ensure all invoices have proper support and also proper approvals.
• Review and process employee expense reimbursements ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and standard operating procedures and report deviations
• Review and reconcile company credit card transactions.
• Code transactions to general ledger, ensuring accuracy.
• Process payments to vendors and employees, ensuring they are paid within terms
• Maintain AP Aging
• Assist with month end close
• Address vendor and employee inquiries and research and resolve any payment discrepancies
• Maintains and creates as needed, written work instructions, procedures, and process narratives
