The ideal candidate:

• Has a proven track record of working experience using JD Edwards accounting software.
• Gets excited about construction projects and completing assignments on time.
• Is self-oriented, organized, a great communicator, and approachable.
• Is comfortable working within a team environment at the project site.

Key responsibilities/skills include:

• Managing and organizing mailing and filing systems.
• Maintaining the cost system and providing required reports.
• Responding promptly and knowledgeably to employee requests for information and assistance.
• Properly routing agreements, contracts, and invoices through the signature process.
• Assisting in HR, accounting, and payroll activities as needed to ensure all input is accurate, compliant, and timely.
• Working directly with other clerks to complete assigned tasks.
• Providing assistance to the team as needed; research, data entry, etc.
• Organizing and prioritizing a variety of projects and multiple tasks in an effective and timely manner, setting priorities, and meeting deadlines.
• Planning and organizing own work assignments, as well as carrying out tasks from management staff.
