We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Coordinator to support one of our clients in Robinson Township, PA. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has experience managing the full cycle of accounts payable. Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle accounts payable, including invoice processing, coding, and approvals.
• Match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices to ensure accuracy.
• Prepare and execute weekly check runs and electronic payments.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Maintain vendor records and ensure compliance with company policies.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in accounts payable, preferably in a full-cycle AP role.
• Comfortable with creating formulas and working with pivot tables in Excel
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
