Accounting Data Analyst
Location: Airmont, NY (100% Onsite)
Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (Early Friday Departure at 3 PM Paid Full Day)

Are you a detail-oriented accounting professional with a passion for data accuracy and financial integrity? Join our team as an Accounting Data Analyst and play a key role in reconciling commission data, identifying discrepancies, and supporting operational excellence.

What You'll Do
- Review and clean up spreadsheets by comparing internal records with carrier commission statements.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Update point-of-record systems and relevant software with precision.
- Maintain documentation and reporting standards to uphold data integrity.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve compensation tracking.
- Assist with journal entries and other accounting-related tasks.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Accounting.
- 35 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and more).
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with data reconciliation and journal entries.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.

The pay range for this position is $28.84 - $38.46/hr.
