Qualifications:

1 year of experience in an accounting role

Basic experience in Excel

Experience in month-end, invoice processing, or reconciliations nice to have!

Job Description:

We are seeking a diligent and organized Accounting Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will perform essential data entry and filing tasks, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial operations.

Responsibilities include:

• Perform data entry and filing tasks.
• Reconcile checks and post payments in the AS400/ JD Edwards ERP system.
• Maintain and update the Emergency Evacuation headcount report.
• Handle Temp Timecards every Monday morning.
• Track Temp Personnel records.
• Conduct daily reviews of the Time Keeping system.
• Distribute employee checks on payday.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00/hr.
