Bookkeeper

We are partnering with one of our top general contractor clients in the Albuquerque, NM area who is experiencing rapid growth and success. This company has impressively scaled from $15M to $50M in revenue over just two years and continues to receive national and regional recognition for outstanding work.

Position: Bookkeeper Location: Albuquerque, NM Software: Foundation

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable and receivable
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
• Prepare financial reports and assist with month-end close processes
• Maintain accurate records of project costs and expenses
• Collaborate with project managers and accounting team to ensure financial accuracy

Qualifications

• Proven bookkeeping experience, preferably within construction or contracting industries
• Proficiency with Foundation software highly preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
