Those in customer service at PwC will specialise in improving customer service operations and enhancing customer experiences. You will work closely with clients to analyse customer service processes, identify pain points, and develop strategies to optimise service delivery, increase customer satisfaction, and drive loyalty. Working in this area, you will provide guidance on implementing customer service technologies, designing service models, and developing customer-centric service cultures.

As part of the Operations Consulting team you will manage and deliver core banking transformation projects, providing exceptional client service and project execution. As a Manager, you will lead teams, mentor junior staff, and leverage your business knowledge to identify opportunities that drive success and enhance client relationships. This role offers the chance to work with innovative technology and creative solutions in the financial sector, making a significant impact on our clients' operations.

What You Must Have

• Bachelor's Degree

• 5 years of experience

What Sets You Apart

• Preferred field(s) of study in: Business Administration/Management, Finance, Information Technology

• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certifications preferred

• Leading core banking and payment system initiatives

• Managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders

• Leading complex projects through the software delivery lifecycle

• Converting and migrating legacy platforms to modern platforms

• Possessing proven written and verbal communication skills and strong organization

• Identifying and mitigating project risks

• Enhancing efficiency in payments processing

• Utilizing project management tools effectively

• Engaging with regulators for compliance

• Knowledge of FinTech integrations

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
