This position is for a Locum Tenens Radiation Oncologist based in Iowa, providing hospital-based radiation oncology care with no on-call duties. The role involves treating adult patients using advanced radiotherapy techniques such as SBRT, stereotactic radiosurgery, IMRT, IGRT, and 3D-CRT during regular clinic hours. Comprehensive support including credentialing, housing, travel arrangements, malpractice coverage, and weekly pay deposits are provided to simplify the locum tenens process.

Monday - Friday clinic hours 8am - 5pm with no call
15 - 20 patients per day adults only
15-minute treatment visits, 45-minute follow-ups, 90-minute consults
Coverage split between Monday and Tuesday for weekly visits
Expertise required in SBRT and stereotactic radiosurgery
Experience with IMRT, IGRT, and 3D-CRT required
CT simulation and conventional radiotherapy experience needed
Hospital-based radiation oncology practice
We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
