Primary Care Plus (PCPlus), a value-based care delivery organization, is seeking Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physicians to join our growing team across Louisiana. Our mission is to provide a path of well-being for our patients through high-quality, cost-effective, and coordinated care that delivers superior outcomes and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Join a physician-led, team-based environment with support from APRNs, RNs, and a dedicated Quality Improvement team.
• Focus on quality of care; see 10-16 patients/day with 30-60 minute appointments.
• Apply autonomy to practice at the top of your license and participate in robust transitional care and high-risk outreach programs.
• Contribute to ongoing quality measures, diagnostic accuracy, and reductions in hospitalization rates.

Qualifications

• MD or DO
• Board Certified/Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Active, unrestricted Louisiana medical license
• Valid DEA and CDS licenses (or ability to obtain)

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification
• 1+ years of clinical experience in adult, family, or geriatric care

Other notes

Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $226,000 - $366,000. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to salary, benefits include a comprehensive package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution.
